Built and managed a Salesforce CRM migration project using Jira. Created and prioritized the product backlog, organized work into sprints, tracked progress through burndown charts and dashboards, and managed user stories from discovery through implementation. Used Agile project management practices to coordinate project deliverables, monitor sprint performance, and maintain visibility into project status and scope changes.

I joined this year's Config Makeathon and decided to build something inspired by a problem I've repeatedly encountered while working in CRM and lifecycle marketing.
CRM platforms are built around flows, campaigns, and automations. Customers are not.
When trying to understand what a customer actually experienced, I often found myself jumping between multiple journeys, templates, campaigns, and reports just to answer a simple question:
What happened, why did it happen, and what happens next?
So I built Trace.
Trace is a lifecycle debugging tool that helps teams:
• Replay customer journeys in a single timeline
• Understand why communications were triggered
• Simulate future customer experiences before launch
• Review every message in one place
• Identify journey conflicts and lifecycle issues before they impact customers
The idea came from real CRM consulting work. To bring it to life, I used ChatGPT to refine the concept, challenge assumptions, and iterate on the product structure, then used Figma Make to rapidly turn those ideas into a working prototype. After several rounds of prompting, testing, and revisions, the concept evolved into the MVP shown here.
The project was designed and prototyped entirely in Figma Make.

Originally built for a Space Technology Club, the platform solves a problem common across ambitious student teams: critical information is scattered across chats, spreadsheets, documents, and disconnected tools. As projects grow, coordination becomes harder than the actual work.

Digitize reimbursement requests, bill submissions, approvals, and expense verification, replacing inefficient manual processes.
Member Coordination
Keep teams aligned through centralized communication, project visibility, and real-time operational updates.
Product Thinking Behind SAST OS
Most club-management tools are simply databases with dashboards.
SAST OS was designed as an operational system.
The core idea was to treat student organizations the same way modern companies operate: with workflows, ownership, accountability, budgets, approvals, and execution pipelines.
Instead of asking:
"How do we manage events?"
the product asks:
"How do we run an organization?"
This shift led to a workflow-first architecture where projects, finances, approvals, and execution are interconnected rather than isolated modules.
