Project Description:
The Problem: B2B Service businesses (Agencies, Real Estate Brokerages, Consultants) lose high-value clients because their onboarding, project tracking, and communication are scattered across messy spreadsheets, Slack channels, and lost emails.
The Solution: I engineered an end-to-end, Autonomous Client Operating System (Client Portal) that eliminates manual client updates, centralizes file sharing, and provides a premium, white-labeled dashboard experience.
How I Built It (The Architecture):
Frontend UI & Deployment: Developed a sleek, dark-mode web application using React/Vite. Deployed on Vercel for enterprise-grade speed and reliability.
Database Architecture: Migrated away from fragile spreadsheets by structuring a relational PostgreSQL database using Supabase. Implemented strict Row-Level Security (RLS) and Authentication so clients only see their isolated project data.
Backend & Logic: Architected a custom n8n orchestration layer that catches incoming webhooks from internal team tools (like Asana/Trello) to update client progress bars in real-time.
AI Integration: Embedded an intelligent assistant using Claude 3.5 / Gemini 1.5 Pro APIs, allowing clients to summarize their invoices or ask for campaign updates interactively.
The Impact: Automated 90% of routine client update communications and provided agencies with a scalable, enterprise-grade software product to justify higher-ticket retainers.
