I liked the dart one more because it seems more energetic.

I personally lean toward the Keyhole design because the composition feels a bit more balanced and the blue is quite calming.

I’d go with the keyhole option. It helps frame the concept more clearly and guides the eye straight to the core content. The title and description are easier to scan, and the contrast makes the hierarchy much stronger. Overall, it communicates the idea faster and feels more intentional.

Both designs are good on their own terms. The bullseye symbol confirms that the service in the hero hits the mark (the problem of the users). The Keyhole represents discovery or unlocking potential.
For me, the dart version wins because it uses better visual hierarchy....
