Reysite - Autonomous Service Operations for Agricultural Drone Hubs
Overview: When an agricultural spray drone goes down mid-season in Iowa, every lost hour risks crop damage and missed weather windows. Yet most local repair operations still run on messy paper calendars, unreturned voicemails, and hours of stressful phone tag while technicians are busy under drone hoods.
Reysite is the digital operations platform built for Reybase, an authorized agricultural drone repair shop in Ames, Iowa serving growers across Story, Boone, and Hamilton counties. It replaces traditional shop friction with automated intake, intelligent diagnostic triage, and weather-aware scheduling.
Why We Built It: Agricultural drone maintenance has unique operational bottlenecks:
Growers needing urgent repairs are often in the field and cannot spend twenty minutes on hold describing technical errors.
Shop owners like Adam are torn between wrenching on equipment and answering calls, leading to lost revenue and scheduling mistakes.
Field calls depend heavily on local weather conditions, making traditional booking slots impractical.
Technicians need accurate parts and diagnostic context before leaving the shop to avoid wasted trips.
What We Built: We built an end-to-end web application that connects growers, shop staff, and mobile technicians in real time:
Grower Intake and AI Triage: A step-by-step, drone-model-adaptive intake that gathers symptoms, photos, audio clips, and controller flight logs. An AI diagnostic engine analyzes the inputs and controller telemetry to determine whether the repair requires a shop bench slot or an on-site field call.
Weather-Aware Farm Scheduling: For field service, growers drop a farm pin on an interactive map. Reysite fetches localized weather forecasts from Open-Meteo to recommend slots with safe flying and spraying conditions, avoiding wasted technician trips.
Anti-No-Show Protection: First-time customers secure their appointment with an automated hold fee, while verified regular growers receive instant reservations.
Technician My Day Views: Mobile-first portals for shop and field technicians. Bench tech Jack receives diagnostic summaries, pre-flight checklists, and interactive parts pickers. Field tech Sam receives turn-by-turn farm directions and live condition notes.
Owner Console: A centralized dashboard for shop owner Adam to track automated SMS updates, approve quotes, manage shop parts inventory, and oversee scheduling across three Iowa counties.

Day 3 of working on my project for the Lovable Challenge.
And somehow, almost one full day of those three went into the intro you see when the page first opens.
Not because it was necessary — mostly because I’ve wanted to try something like this for a long time.
Web design and development are far from my main field, so I kept putting this idea off. This challenge finally gave me a reason to test it properly — and seeing it actually work is ridiculously satisfying.
The video was converted into an image sequence and tied directly to scrolling on desktop and swiping on mobile, so the animation is controlled by the user as they move through the page.
Right now the project is already at Build 4.2.3.
The backend is working properly, the main mechanics are in place, but visually… there’s still a lot to redo. The current plan is to rebuild almost the entire visual layer before the final version.
I also found out today that Lovable reduced the number of prize spots quite significantly — apparently, there will only be 3 finalists.
That definitely makes the odds a little more painful 😅
But either way, I’m already getting a new portfolio case out of this project, and I’m finally experimenting with things I’ve wanted to build for a long time.

I built the Arshi Masale website for a local spice business from Sindhudurg, Maharashtra. This project was special to me because it showed me that even as a student, I can use what I’m learning to create something useful for a real business.
I focused on making it modern, simple, mobile-friendly, and ready for future e-commerce features. This is one of the projects that motivates me to keep learning, building, and eventually turn my passion for AI and technology into a career.
