I’d go with the blue one. The contrast between the ball and the background makes the hero feel more dynamic and the headline stands out better.

Designed 3 core screens:
Home • Log • Stats
Focused on building a clean, structured mobile experience that makes tracking fitness feel simple and motivating.
Home — Daily overview with clear progress indicators
Log — Quick and frictionless workout input
Stats — Clean data visualization for weekly and monthly insights
Priority was clarity, hierarchy, and usability over decoration.
Treating each challenge like a real product build.
