Website Automation & Business Workflows
Automation • WordPress • E-Commerce • Email • Backend Systems
The Challenge
As online businesses grow, simple tasks can quickly become repetitive: processing orders, changing statuses, sending customer communications and keeping different systems working together.
What I Did
I created and configured automated website workflows designed to remove unnecessary manual work.
The objective wasn't simply to build a website — it was to make the website perform useful business processes automatically behind the scenes.
Solutions Included
Automated order processing
Customer email workflows
Payment-to-order automation
Website form workflows
Backend process optimisation
Plugin and service integrations
Custom conditional behaviour
Result
Less repetitive administration, fewer opportunities for human error and a website that functions as part of the business rather than simply advertising it.

Small automations like these can save teams so much manual work and reduce errors.
For business owners: the question you answer before every quote may deserve a clearer place on your website.
A practical Monday exercise:
Choose one question a real customer or prospect has asked.
Open the relevant website page on your phone.
Add a clear answer where the question naturally comes up.
Ask someone unfamiliar with the page to find that answer.
A short explanation, a useful example or a clearer heading may be enough. Start with one page and use feedback to decide what to improve next.
Examples could include which areas you cover, what a standard clean includes or whether supplies are provided. Use your actual service details so visitors know what to expect before they contact you.

Strong point. Every design decision should serve a clear purpose.
A catalog mismatch should become a review task.
In this TechFoundry IMS demo, an unmatched part on a purchase order is flagged as a conflict. The team can review it and link the correct catalog part before fulfillment continues.

Great breakdown! Love the practical approach - flagging unmatched parts as a conflict and turning it into a review task before fulfillment is such a smart automation. Prevents so many costly errors down the line. This is exactly how IMS should work: real workflows, connected. Nice demo!
