Œvra — Operational Build, Pre-Seed Stage
Chief of Staff · Neuroscience-backed creativity platform
Joined as Chief of Staff at pre-seed — meaning there was a founder, a vision, and not much else in terms of structure. Built the operational layer from scratch: organizational rhythms, accountability frameworks, launch readiness planning, and the connective tissue between strategic direction and day-to-day execution.
The work at this stage is less about managing existing systems and more about deciding which ones to build first. I made those calls, built them, and kept the founder focused on the work that only she could do.

Alongside this work, I’ve been thinking a lot about the current state of the AI field.
I’ve noticed a strong imbalance.. men are still heavily represented, both in visibility and recognition.
At the same time, women shape a significant part of everyday life and decision-making — yet remain underrepresented in shaping the systems behind them.
If we want more diverse outputs, we also need more diverse voices using these tools, shaping them, and taking space.
I want to encourage more women to step forward, experiment, and claim that space.
CapCut has been bold in collaborating with artists like myself through their CPP program.
Their platform now enables Seedance 2.0 — a tool currently at the center of the AI conversation.
And who uses these tools matters.

Guys, meet my new co-founder🐱
So @Ansh Jamdagni stepped away for 10 minutes.
In that time, our new hire had already:
— Claimed the seat
— Reviewed the brief with the focused intensity of someone billing $200/hr
— Spotted the opportunity immediately (the sandwich was right there)
— Taken said sandwich as equity
Zero onboarding. Zero negotiation. One look of pure, unfiltered creative judgment. (I've worked with harder clients, honestly.)
Ansh is being quietly moved to "creative consultant."
He doesn't know yet.

One of my favorite projects from the past few months.
Built in @Framer in 2 weeks for a B2B company in the luxury space, working with amazing brands like Rimowa, Messika, and Copin.
This project also expanded into product design for their platform and internal tools, plus pitch decks and demo prototypes for the sales team. What a mission!
