Collected information from online sources and entered it into an organized spreadsheet. Focused on accurate data collection, proper formatting, and checking information before entry.
Converted information from PDF documents into a clean and well-organized Excel spreadsheet. I carefully entered names, dates, numbers, and other details while maintaining accuracy and proper formatting.
Some of the most interesting design challenges are hidden behind complex business processes.
For RetaPay, I had the opportunity to work on a fintech product where multiple stakeholders, rules, and workflows had to come together in one experience.
What I enjoyed most was finding the balance between business complexity and user simplicity, making the product easier to understand without losing the depth required by the business.
