Simply recreating a trending video step by step felt like a missed creative opportunity.
With Halloween approaching, I wanted to give this “Viral Video Recast” my own twist.
For the Renoise MCP beta campaign, I reimagined a fashion-transition video as a zombie’s Halloween costume showcase — with an undead character bringing his vision to life in a stone dungeon.
By connecting Renoise MCP to ChatGPT, I could use a reference video, develop the prompt, and generate a new version through a chat-based workflow.

Your art is a little horrifying, but I have to give you credit for the creativity!
It started with one image.
A skull.
I couldn't stop looking at it. It felt like it was alive and dying at the same time.
So I kept going.
Each version felt like the same soul dying in a new color.
Then I thought… what if it actually moved?
So I took my Firefly images and brought them to life with the new Kling 4.0
No camera.
No studio.
Just one skull and a feeling I had to follow.

Hiii! I joined the Contra x CapCut challenge, having never used CapCut AI before. I’d only ever edited videos manually.
After three days of struggling with prompts, inconsistent characters, and scenes that absolutely refused to cooperate, I finally found my story.
I'm working at my desk with my dogs when an alien crashes into my life and invites me to LA. We travel across the universe, I get beamed onto a stage, and for a moment, I'm living the dream.
Then I turn into an alien.
And get kicked out because NO ALIENS ALLOWED.
All that intergalactic travel to technically make it to LA. 😂
