Project Overview
This project introduces an intelligent intelligence gathering pipeline designed to automatically track, analyze, and document federal regulations and White House announcements that could directly impact global oil and energy prices. Built using n8n, the system leverages Advanced AI Agents and LLMs (via Groq) to perform autonomous market-sentiment analysis and structure raw governmental data into actionable intelligence.
How the Workflow Works (Step-by-Step Architecture)
Automated Data Ingestion (HTTP Request): Connects directly to federal endpoints (like the Federal Register API or White House policy feeds) via HTTP requests to fetch the latest published official updates in real-time.
Data Parsing & Looping (Split Out & Loop): Isolates incoming data streams, transforming bulky payloads into individual policy items, and processes each item through an optimized loop mechanism.
Autonomous Intent & Relevance Analysis (AI Agent 1): Powered by the ultra-fast Groq Chat Model, this AI Agent acts as the first filter—reading the policy content to determine whether it holds any geopolitical or economic relevance to oil and energy markets.
Conditional Routing (If Logic): An evaluation layer that instantly filters out irrelevant announcements, passing only the high-impact, market-moving data to the next phase.
Deep Impact Analysis (AI Agent 2): A specialized AI Agent analyzes the filtered policy to estimate the potential market direction (bullish/bearish/neutral) and provides a structured synthesis of the impact on oil prices.
Structured Logging & Code Cleanup (Google Sheets & JavaScript): Runs custom JavaScript to clean up the AI outputs and dynamically appends the final analysis, timestamps, and source links into a Google Sheet for market analysts to review.
