Qodum — Custom School Management ERP System
The Starting Point
Qodum was built for a real business need — a school required a way to manage their day-to-day administrative operations without relying on scattered spreadsheets and manual processes. Rather than a generic template, the goal was a system built around how a school actually runs: fees, admissions, accounts, and inventory, all in one place.
What I Built
Qodum is a full-stack ERP system covering four core modules — fee management, admissions, accounts, and stock/inventory tracking. An admin dashboard ties it all together, giving staff a single place to manage records and daily operations instead of juggling disconnected tools. Role-based access ensures different staff members see only what's relevant to their responsibilities.
Architecture
Built with Next.js, using server components to handle backend logic directly within the framework rather than maintaining a fully separate backend service — keeping the codebase leaner and more maintainable. TypeScript is used throughout for type safety across a codebase of this size, and the project is deployed live on Vercel.
Why This Approach
Server components let me handle data-fetching and business logic close to where it's needed, reducing client-side complexity while keeping the app fast. For a system handling sensitive operational data (fees, accounts, student records), this structure also made it easier to keep backend logic contained and auditable rather than scattered across API routes.
Where It Stands
Qodum has been in active, sustained development — over 600 commits reflect continuous iteration rather than a single quick build. It's live and demonstrates a real, functioning ERP architecture: modular by design, with each core business function (fees, admissions, accounts, stock) built as its own cohesive piece within a shared system.
How I Work
This project reflects how I approach client work generally: understand the actual operational need first, then build modularly so the system can grow — new modules or features added without requiring a rewrite of what already works.

For this mode, I turned my Dribbble shots into a 3D loop that works as the clock face.
Modeled in Spline, then turned into a working clock with ChatGPT.

Experimented a bit today with Krea and image generation for a case study I’m putting together around AI EarPods connected to OpenAI.
The focus has been on creating fashion-forward product imagery and art directing a world that feels specific to the identity, rather than just generating nice-looking AI images.
The trickiest part has been product consistency. Especially getting the EarPods to actually sit snug in the ear. If you’ve worked through this process, you probably know the struggle 😅
Simply telling AI to “make it fit more snug or in the ear” doesn’t always work. It loves to reinterpret the product every time.
Still experimenting, but getting closer. If anyone has found a good workflow for keeping products consistent across AI-generated shoots, I’d love to hear it!

I created this AI UGC skincare project to demonstrate how skincare products can be presented through engaging, relatable, and visually appealing user-generated content. The concept was designed to capture the attention of viewers while keeping the product at the center of the content.
For this project, I focused on creating a natural UGC-style experience that feels personal and easy to connect with. The content introduces the skincare product, showcases it in a lifestyle setting, and communicates its key features in a simple and engaging way. I used AI-powered creative techniques to develop the visuals and overall presentation while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic that fits the skincare and beauty industry.
The goal was to create content that a skincare brand could use across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form social media channels. I focused on strong visual storytelling, an attention-grabbing introduction, clear product presentation, and a style that feels authentic rather than overly commercial.
This project showcases my ability to develop AI UGC concepts, create beauty-focused visual content, and transform a skincare product into social-media-ready creative that can help brands connect with their target audience.
