Maintenance Inventory Management System — PT Daiki Aluminium Industry Indonesia I designed and developed a maintenance inventory management system for internal spare-part operations at PT Daiki Aluminium Industry Indonesia.

The system was created to improve visibility and traceability of maintenance spare parts, especially for stock-in, stock-out, stock opname, item searching, and transaction history.

I implemented QR-based item scanning, inventory transaction tracking, audit records, and a hybrid offline-online workflow so operations can continue when network connectivity is limited and synchronize with the main database when connectivity is restored.

The project was built around real manufacturing and maintenance workflows, with the goal of reducing manual recording, improving stock accuracy, and making spare-part movement easier to monitor.
