I've been customizing my AI design workflow — compiling a single skill from multiple sources instead of switching between separate UX and UI tools.
The base: two open-source skill files focused on UX thinking and UI decisions respectively. The problem — they were built independently, so overlapping commands produced inconsistent results depending on context.
I merged them, restructured the trigger layer, and embedded my own typography calculator on top. Same command, different logic depending on whether the question is about flow or visual hierarchy.
The result is a more coherent AI assistant for design work — less context-switching, more useful output at each stage of the process.
Worth trying if you work with AI tools daily and find yourself re-explaining context more than you'd like.

I think that AI is a really usefull tool in the brainstorming phase, it is able to "materialize" thoughts, and make them deeper.
This time I thought about a workflow for the fashion industry, able to generate few editorial/still life photos of fashion sketches and then a small fashion video.
With this even the most emerging designer can visualize better his/her dreams and why not use this kind of material to find investors or sell more structured ideas.

Really interesting workflow! In the fashion space, these kinds of assets are gold for building out a "wow-driven" customer journey. It’s one thing to have a great product, but being able to visualize and communicate it this clearly is what actually drives the conversion.

pixel-art corgi. health bar wired to github and linear. every hour of silence drains him, live, in front of anyone watching. as health drops the scene shifts cooler and dimmer.
below 20%, any visitor clicks "generate shame." zo's llm writes a meme using my exact idle hours and last commit. memegen renders it. posts to discord. my phone buzzes.
when he hits zero: eulogy, tombstone on /graveyard. 50 flowers from strangers and he comes back from an egg.
tofu talks to visitors continuously - zo llm reads his health, idle time, the hour, whether you've been before. at 3am: "it's 3am and we're both still here."

the creative vision:
most personal websites are finished before you visit. i wanted one that changes based on whether i'm working.
two worlds on purpose: the main site is a game hud - 8-bit pixel art, press start 2p, 14 animation states. the graveyard is victorian - playfair epitaphs, collective resurrection. deliberately different planets.
the shame mechanic works because it's specific, not clever. zo llm knows my exact idle hours and last ticket. generic shame bounces off. specific shame doesn't.
zo native throughout - llm, database, sms. this is what personal computing looks like when the infrastructure gets out of the way.
