Built an order management tracker for a wholesale/B2B business — tracks shop name, parts ordered, quantity, and pricing, with dropdown-driven delivery and payment status tracking, full color-coding for at-a-glance status checks, and a SUMIF formula that automatically calculates total outstanding (unpaid) amounts."

This review uses client-supplied estimates to compare monthly AI/tool spend with time saved or business value created, identify cost or control gaps, and prioritize what should be tightened, monitored, or tested next.
