BillLaunch — Custom SaaS Development & AI Integration
Complex business workflows deserve software that makes them feel simple.
I designed and developed BillLaunch, a SaaS platform that brings estimates, invoices, contracts, and customer communication into one connected workspace for contractors and service businesses.
The challenge was connecting these workflows in a product that business owners could navigate with confidence. My work brought together interface design, application development, business logic, and AI integration to support that experience.
AI assistance is integrated into practical tasks: drafting contract content, improving estimate and invoice descriptions, and preparing customer messages. Users remain in control of pricing, quantities, and final decisions, with writing support in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
The visual experience combines clear navigation, structured information, and a consistent design language across the product and its marketing website.
BillLaunch demonstrates how I approach complex development: understand the business, connect the workflows, and make the experience clear for the people using it.

A multi-tenant inventory and accounting SaaS for retail, wholesale, distribution, and warehouse businesses. It replaces disconnected spreadsheets with one system for stock, purchases, sales, returns, quotations, dues, payables, and ledgers. Owners get dashboard analytics, downloadable reports, WhatsApp invoice sharing, and AI-assisted insights. Role-based access and organization management support multiple teams.
Built with Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, and Sequelize.
A strong use case for simplifying complex operations.
Most outreach tools make you choose: pay per contact, or send from shared servers and hope you don't land in spam.
So I built Knoock.
Upload a CSV/Excel contact sheet → personalize every email + SMS → send through YOUR own senders → track results in real time.
