Sometimes the most expensive thing in business is not the product... it's hope.
The whole team was sitting in the meeting room.
Everyone was looking at the Excel report.
For the last six months...
the marketing budget had been increasing.
But sales kept falling.
Profit had turned into a loss.
The Marketing Head said,
"Sir, let's increase the marketing budget."
The CEO replied immediately,
"We have already spent so much money. We can't stop now."
Just then, the Data Analyst asked one simple question.
"Sir... if we were launching this product for the first time today, and we already knew these would be the results after six months... would we still invest this much money?"
The room became silent.
After a few moments, the CEO said,
"We were not trying to save the product... we were trying to prove that our old decision was right."
That day, the company did not increase the marketing budget.
Instead, they worked on a better product strategy.

💡 Business DNA
This is called the Sunk Cost Fallacy.
It happens when we make decisions based on money already spent, instead of future opportunities.
Sometimes, the best business decision is not to keep going...
It's knowing when to stop and rethink.

🤝 Give Me an Opportunity
Every Excel sheet shows numbers.
But behind those numbers...
there is always a business decision.
I don't just ask,
"Why did sales go down?"
I try to understand,
"Which decision brought the business to this point?"
If your business numbers are hiding a story...
Give me an opportunity to understand it.
Because...
Every great business decision starts with the right question. 🚀
