Behind the build: The Garden Recovery | WordPress Website for a NJ Rehab
The Garden provides drug and alcohol rehab in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. I built their WordPress site with clear levels of care and simple admissions paths.
Under the hood:
• Built the site in WordPress from the design, page by page
• Editable templates, so the team updates content without code
• Speed work: optimized images, caching and lean code
• Responsive layouts checked on desktop, tablet and mobile
What visitors get:
• Levels of care: detox, OP, IOP and partial care
• Mental health programs
• Team, facility tour, admissions and insurance pages
Stack: WordPress, Figma, PHP/CSS where needed
Live: thegardenrecovery.com

laying the site out by levels of care, detox through partial care, makes the admissions path really clear. did the garden find you, or did you reach out to them?

Thanks Ali, that's my checklist too. The oversized hero image is almost always the first win, and two caching plugins fighting each other is sneakier because each one looks fine on its own. After those I look at heavy page builder output and too many font files.

fonts are a sneaky one too, so easy to end up loading 6 weights when the site uses 2. good chatting Raja, let's stay in touch 👍

Exactly, and each extra weight is another request before the text looks right. Good chatting too Ali, let's stay in touch.
