The solution to this, are three major steps
1. Build structure: A structured workflow would improve efficiency by 80-90%, because with proper delegation, workload and deliverables are targeted.
2.Tracking systems: Are as Important as daily "TO-DO-LIST" , they are called "Action Trackers" . It gives direct overview of the present situation of action
3. Accountability: Is to understand where the default and loophole is, when a team is constantly lagging, it ruin the effort of others. and makes progress really hard.
