I authored and published Decision-Ready Automation, a practical field guide for deciding whether an AI-assisted workflow should go, hold, enter a controlled pilot, or stop.
It includes a one-hundred-point opportunity screen with hard stops, risk-adjusted economics, human-review design, six worked workflow audits, thirty bounded candidates, and reusable decision records.
My role: research, technical writing, editorial QA, visual system, and KDP production.
