Analyzed 1,470 employee records across 3 departments using Excel and Power BI to uncover attrition patterns by age, gender, education, and job role. • Built DAX measures — Attrition Rate (16.12%), Active Employees (1,233), and Average Age (37) — using DIVIDE, COUNTROWS, FILTER, and AVERAGE functions. • Dashboard revealed R&D as highest attrition department (133 employees, 56%), age group 25–34 highest risk (112 left), and Lab Technicians most at-risk role (62).

Developed an interactive Power BI Insurance Dashboard to monitor premiums, claims, coverage, and policy performance. The dashboard provides insights into policy types, claim status, customer demographics, and active vs. inactive policies, enabling data-driven business decisions.
Personal finance dashboard — from an hour of admin to two minutes
A weekly household finance workflow (manually pulling bank CSVs, splitting and categorising spends across two people, cross-checking shared expenses, reviewing totals against savings goals) was taking about an hour every week and still made it hard to tell at a glance whether spending was on track. Designed and built a dashboard that automates the pull, categorisation, and monthly view.
My role:
Research (mapped the existing manual workflow and pain points), UX design, and AI-assisted build of the dashboard.
Outcome:
Cut the weekly admin task from roughly an hour to about two minutes.
