Hello,
I hope you're doing well. I'm an AI Full Stack Engineer. Currently, I am in the process of building a global software development team. My goal is to establish long-term partnerships with skilled engineers like yourself, where we can combine our strengths to create something truly valuable.
Here’s how I see the collaboration:
1. Client-Facing Role: With your expertise, you’d take the lead on client interactions—conducting interviews, gathering project requirements, and handling occasional daily communication.
2. Technical & Project Management: I would handle the submission of proposals, manage a small development team, and oversee the delivery of technical work once projects are secured.
This structure is designed to keep your time commitment around 2–3 hours per day, while still offering significant rewards. Based on current market demand, I believe we could realistically secure multiple jobs (4–5) (software engineer job), each in the range of $8k–$15k per month. We would split the income evenly (50/50), ensuring a strong, scalable partnership.
My aim is to build a reliable, long-term working relationship where we can consistently grow and succeed together.
