Just wrapped up a custom proposal automation app for Elite Touch Cleaning Services.
The goal was simple: take a manual, document-heavy proposal process and turn it into a clean internal tool that helps the team generate professional proposals faster and more consistently.
The app supports client intake, proposal type selection, pricing details, scope of work, agreement structure, and branded PDF generation — all built around the company’s real proposal templates and workflow.
This was a great example of how custom software does not always need to be massive to create real business value. Sometimes the win is removing repetitive admin work, protecting consistency, and helping a team move faster.
Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and custom PDF generation.
