19 hours straight working... (almost)
Launch of a new version of the website. Marketers involved, designer creating the new poster... and then the client suddenly says... the deadline is tomorrow... and I still hadn't received the designs.
I don't blame the client because they don't know the complexity of something that seems simple to him:
Organize 30 layers of the new poster in Figma, then put it in Webflow, and then see how I can animate it using GSAP without losing performance on both desktop and mobile, while I have to change new colors on 10+ pages to match the poster = removing the old poster and putting the new one up for the client
The whole team gave it an extra push, and this post (written while sleep-deprived) is not to blame anyone, but perhaps to inspire someone who is going through this. It's a learning phase.
