Created a dark-themed email campaign for a UK fashion brand that absolutely crushed it. Plot twist: I actually pushed back on this direction at first. Honestly thought it was too vague and had way too much fluff for my liking. But the client knew their audience way better than I did.
Learned a valuable lesson here – what works for one brand doesn't work for another. Sometimes you just gotta trust the client knows their people.
