Cribstock — Fractional Property Investment Platform
Engineered the backend infrastructure powering Cribstock, a fintech and fractional real-estate investment platform that enables users to purchase property shares, manage wallet funds, trade property stocks, and receive rental income.
Owned and delivered core financial and marketplace systems, including concurrency-safe wallet transactions, property stock trading, recurring wallet funding, payment processing, accounting, and automated dividend distribution. The platform supported 15,000+ users while processing financial transactions and property ownership events reliably at scale.
Key contributions included:
Redesigned wallet transaction processing to eliminate race conditions and reduce financial inconsistencies by ~95%.
Improved transaction and order-processing throughput by ~30% through algorithm and execution-path optimization.
Refactored the property marketplace to support fractional, unit-based property trading.
Implemented secure recurring card funding, increasing wallet deposits by ~35%.
Designed an internal accounting system for tracking costs, turnover, proceeds, and shareholder distributions.
Built automated monthly dividend calculations and wallet crediting.
