Hey Contra,
I’m Merve, a London-based freelancer turning messy ideas and half-formed thoughts into clear, inviting visual stories for startups. Think engineering precision meets creative chaos.
I spend most of my time shaping narratives people actually want to follow, with pitch decks being my favourite playground.
Soft, muted yet powerful palettes and playful, collage-style compositions give me so much joy. Looking back, this probably started with the slightly over-engineered cards I used to make for my parents as a kid. My favourite film is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, which, honestly, feels like a collage in movie form, so this all tracks.
Tools-wise, I LOVE Photoshop for its versatility, and I have a soft spot for Canva because clients genuinely love how intuitive it is.
