The mistake that cost me clients as a coach.
I thought follow up was something I'd do when I had time.
Here's how it looked in real life:
• "I'll reply tonight."
• Tonight became tomorrow.
• Tomorrow became "they've probably moved on."
Nobody ever told me I'd lost them. They just stopped replying.
The mistake wasn't my coaching. It was trusting my memory to run my business.
