Elle is a conversational interface that begins by listening. Her voice is more like a doula's than a clinician's — she recognizes the emotional weight of a question before addressing the practical details. She’s supported by a hidden framework: six postpartum categories, three response tiers, and ten critical edge cases, all designed to keep her consistent and trustworthy.
Elle doesn't guess or improvise. She follows a mapped, reviewable path aligned with ACOG guidance, including when to escalate to a human. She’s honest about what she can and can’t do — she’s not a therapist or doctor. Being clear about her limits is how she earns trust.

The app analyzes messaging interactions and transforms them into structured behavioural insights, helping users identify escalation patterns, ambiguity, emotional pressure, defensiveness, reassurance without resolution, conversational imbalance, and interaction dynamics that are often difficult to interpret in modern communication.
Rather than functioning as a therapy chatbot or simple sentiment analyzer, RedFlag focuses on behavioural communication analysis and interaction structure to create more nuanced and emotionally intelligent insights.
A major differentiator is multilingual conversation analysis, allowing users to analyze conversations across different languages while still receiving structured behavioural insight and communication analysis. This makes the platform accessible across global communication environments and multicultural digital interactions.
