Ran a small experiment this week. Gave ChatGPT and Claude the exact same design brief, a medication tracking home screen for Hoiva, a healthcare concept built around helping patients stay on top of daily medication. Both AI tools came back with nearly identical screens, same layout, same components, same generic tab bar. My own version diverged in two specific ways. The appointment card uses the doctor's actual photo instead of just a name, and the next dose is framed around a daily routine, "with breakfast" rather than a bare clock time, since that is closer to how people actually remember to take medication. Neither AI thought to do either. I'm a product designer and Framer developer based in Lagos, Nigeria, and this is exactly the kind of gap worth pointing at right now, between a design that's statistically likely and one that's actually built for the person using it.
