Verification & Location Onboarding 🌱
Building trust starts with a seamless first impression.
Many users abandon onboarding because verification feels confusing and time-consuming. For Greenhouse, I redesigned the experience to make phone verification, location confirmation, and ID upload feel simple, guided, and stress-free.
The flow focuses on one task at a time, using clear visual hierarchy, friendly illustrations, and instant feedback to reduce friction and keep users moving forward.
