I lost a client opportunity because of my portfolio... 😔
Not because of my skills. Not because of my experience.
Because of a portfolio that was bland, generic, and didn't reflect who I am.
And the honest truth? I knew it. I just kept postponing it.
Then, during a call they told me straight: "Sorry, you have a great profile but your portfolio doesn't do you justice". That stung. But it was exactly what I needed to hear.
So instead of adding it to my endless to-do list again, I rebuilt it from scratch. Every case study, every word, every detail is now designed to reflect my actual work and my approach to product crafting.

The video hero definitely gives it a more premium, lived-in feel compared to a static image. Did you test it against a static version to see if it actually moved the needle on conversions, or was it more of a gut call?
Circle to Square - from idea to physical product
I designed a complete chess set from the ground up, starting as an idea, developed through 3D visualisation, and carried all the way to a final physical product.
Every piece traces the same transformation: circle becoming square. Ceramic pieces, chrome bases, a stone board.
What started as a shape study became one of the most-appreciated pieces in my portfolio, now sold as a finished product. Sometimes the simplest idea, carried consistently, goes further than complexity ever could.

I’m exploring two homepage hero directions for a Scramble Systems concept and testing which layout communicates the message more effectively.
Both directions use the same core idea: helping small teams deliver big wins in tough situations.
Direction 1 feels more structured and modular.
The large brand title creates a strong first impression, while the green content block makes the key message feel direct and contained.
Direction 2 feels more dynamic and action-driven.
The headline becomes the main focus, the green emphasis adds more energy, and the large athlete image makes the concept feel more immediate.
