Took the core SpeakerRescue web tool and rebuilt it as a focused native Android app — same sound-wave water and dust ejection engine, same UI language, but stripped down to essential features only (no blog, no marketing pages) for a faster, cleaner mobile experience.
What I built: A native Android app matching the web tool's visual identity exactly, with offline capability so it works without a connection once installed — solving the exact moment someone needs it (phone just got wet, may not have reliable signal).

Ten years of making SaaS explainer videos and the animation is still the fastest part of the job. What eats the time is sitting with the product until I can say what it does in one sentence. A lot of the videos I get asked to fix skipped that bit, and you can tell.

Pixel One served as the B2C wellness and health care iOS/Android design agency for Sunflower's iOS and Android wellness app, turning the onboarding experience and core product features from pre-alpha to 100K monthly active users and 10k paying users (free → paid), secured venture funding, and got into Y Combinator.
