Project Experience — Mavera AI (mavera.ai)

Role: Website Developer & Workflow Automation Contributor

Designed and developed the company website for Mavera AI, a platform offering voice AI assistants, virtual agents, and business automation solutions for customer engagement across calls, WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger, web chat, and email. The site was built to communicate Mavera's core offerings — AI phone answering, appointment booking, lead capture, and CRM-integrated automation — to prospective business clients, with a clean, conversion-focused layout highlighting product features, use cases, and industry applications (e-commerce, healthcare, real estate, finance, hospitality).

Key Contributions:

Website Design & Development: Designed the full site UI/UX and built out the responsive front end, structuring pages around Mavera's core services (Conversational AI, Virtual Agents, Business Automation) and supporting SEO/content pages (e.g., location-based landing pages).

Workflow Automation (GoHighLevel): Contributed to building out automation workflows within GoHighLevel to support the platform's lead capture and follow-up processes — including automated booking confirmations, reminders, and enquiry logging that feed into CRM systems \.

CRM & Channel Integration Support: Helped align website lead-generation forms and calls-to-action with backend automation pipelines, ensuring enquiries captured on-site routed correctly into the automated follow-up sequences.
