I created a barber shop landing page where the UI itself becomes the product.
Starting from the idea of creating a duo—Bar and Ber—using iconic references, I used Fuser’s image tools to develop playful barber characters. With the Compositor Node, I shaped the overall visual theme, built the brand identity, and created graphic T-shirt mockups.
For the interaction, I used GPT to refine prompts for the Claude Coding Node, then implemented everything through the Creative Code Node. Using Three.js, I built a pixel-based particle system to simulate falling hair fragments.
In this system, users can shave the interface in real time—playing with the surface and revealing hidden messages underneath.
The whole point was to transform a static brand into something fun and interactive.
Nocturne is a self-initiated fragrance house I built from the ground up, treated with the same process I'd bring to any client: strategy first, then design.
The brief was familiar: a fragrance inspired by the city after dark. Most fragrance branding solves that with common approaches such as moonlight, mystery, or gold foil details. I wanted to solve it with something more specific: what does after dark actually look like in an urban environment? Concrete, streetlight, wet pavement, the quiet stretch between one train and the next.
That question shaped everything downstream. An archetype chosen deliberately against category convention, Creator and Explorer rather than the more expected Lover or Magician. A material-first approach to the bottle and packaging. Sandblasted glass, a textured concrete-like cap, no gold, no ornament. And a running checklist I held every decision against throughout the project.
The case study covers the strategy behind Nocturne, not just the finished system: positioning, personality, the reasoning behind each material and typography choice, and how those decisions translated into the bottle, packaging, and campaign work.
I'd love to hear what you think, especially if you enjoy seeing the thinking behind a visual identity as much as the final result.

HYDRUM VEIL is a skincare brand built around a premium SPF 50+ sunscreen, developed as a complete brand identity, packaging design, and seasonal advertising campaign.
The project explores a question most seasonal beauty work gets wrong: how do you make a limited-edition campaign feel festive without making it feel cheap?
Instead of stacking decorative props, the campaign holds a strict visual system - vivid pumpkin orange, deep twilight violet, warm cream, and restrained black and lets a single product carry every frame.
