Spent way too long solving this so figuring I'd save someone else the trouble.
If you're doing cold outbound and running into AWS SES blocking your sends - that's not a config issue, it's their Acceptable Use Policy. SES explicitly prohibits unsolicited bulk email, no matter how you set it up.
The real fix is building proper cold-email infrastructure:
→ Buy dedicated sending domains (never your main company domain)
→ Set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC on each one
→ Use Google Workspace or 365 mailboxes, not rented/shared ones
→ Warm up every mailbox for 2-3 weeks before real sending
→ Rotate sends across mailboxes to keep per-inbox volume low
→ Monitor domain reputation ongoing
Shared/rented mailboxes are risky because you inherit whoever else is sending from them - one bad tenant tanks your deliverability with zero visibility into why.

Rebuilding a B2B SaaS site for four different buyer segments
One SaaS product, four different buyers. The marketing site pitched all of them the same way, same benefits, same order, same angle. Each segment had different priorities and different reasons to care. Nobody bounced immediately, but they didn't stick around either.
Mapping the page against user interview notes from four segments showed the real problem: every concern those groups raised was already on the page, just never near the top, and never in their language. It wasn't a content problem. It was a sequencing problem.
I rebuilt it as four dedicated industry pages, one per segment. Same core value, but the story got rebuilt for each one, leading with that segment's specific pain points before the feature list. The page had to prove it understood their business before it asked for anything.
