A dynamic promotional piece developed for the internal launch of the "Kudos" recognition platform at CHRISTUS MUGUERZA. The objective was to build anticipation and clearly communicate the value of peer-to-peer appreciation across a large-scale healthcare network.

To bring this vision to life, I led the end-to-end creative process, blending traditional motion design with cutting-edge AI-assisted photo animation. By integrating AI tools into the workflow, I was able to transform static institutional assets into engaging, fluid visuals—maximizing the emotional impact of the piece while optimizing production timelines and resources.

Beyond the technical execution, I oversaw the narrative structure and scriptwriting to ensure the message felt authentic and inspiring to the staff. The final deliverable combines cohesive storytelling, controlled animation, and intentional sound design to deliver a polished, high-energy launch campaign.
