I co-led the Upwork Community Team for 10 years. In 2024 our team won the Khoros Kudos Award for Best Education and Learning Community of the Year. Focused on building communities and ambassador programs from the ground up. Developed and managed Community Groups, Panel and Guided Growth programs on Upwork, as part of an award winning and ground-breaking team. Experienced in managing remote teams and developing training programs. It's all about teamwork and partnering up with customers.
