The Decisive Moment — Behind the Spec
Inspired by Nike's hyperrealistic photo and editorial style, this concept isolates a single moment before athletic greatness—where time stops and an athlete confronts their lifetime of effort.
THE IDEA: One second. A lifetime compressed between exhale and action. Hyperrealistic, surreal, utterly alone.
THE VISUAL LANGUAGE: Matrix-style bullet time suspends the athlete in isolation. Ultra-wide cinematic slow motion action shots with fast paced edit and transitions accelerated through speed ramps.
THE CRAFT: Built across AI tools (NanoBanana, Kling, Grok, DaVinci Resolve) blending hyperrealistic imagery with kinetic storytelling. All image and sound generated in Morphic.

Excited to share my submission for the Contra X Morphic Super Bowl Ad Challenge. “The Decisive Moment” — A 60-second Nike spec exploring frozen time before athletic greatness. Inspired by Nike’s hyperrealistic editorial style: ultra-wide lenses, heroic low angles, and cinematic intimacy with the athlete. PROCESS: - Image generation: NanoBanana Pro with custom prompts (camera specs, color palettes, motion blur) - Refinement: Photoshop touch-ups, Morphic Canvas for storyboarding - Video: Kling 3, Grok, Veo-3 for Matrix-style “bullet time” motion - Edit: DaVinci Resolve (keyframes, speed ramps, transitions) - Sound: Morphic’s sound generator + custom foley - Grade: Film grain, halation, color consistency Really proud of this one.
