Hey! 🙌 Guess it's time to introduce myself to the Contra community.
I'm Dmitri, a calm and responsible 3D motion designer based in Estonia.
For the past 3 years I've been eating keyframes for breakfast in my favorite software, Blender. I like turning pretty much anything into motion, just because moving things are more fun than static ones.
So... if you need to animate a dashboard, bring some infographics to life, add motion to your product's UI, or build an explainer video that actually explains what your product does, and you want a solid result with updates along the way instead of radio silence until the deadline, that's me.
(And if you know someone who needs exactly that, send them my way too 🙂)
Cool work!
Thank you! 😊
Nice!
Thanks!😊
Great work!!
Appreciate it!🙌
the purple sphere and glass rings look so cool
Appreciate the feedback!
Cool work
That green and purple ring stack has such a nice glassy quality to it. The "radio silence until the deadline" line hit home too, that seems like the real thing that makes clients hesitant to hand off motion work. Do most of your leads come from other designers referring you, or from product teams finding you directly?
Welcome, Dmitri!!

Welcome man
Welcome to the community! Three years of eating keyframes for breakfast sounds like a solid diet. What's been the toughest thing to make look believable in Blender so far?
Haha, honestly, sometimes lighting takes way more time than I’d like
Excellent work👏🔥🔥
Thank you!

Looking forward to seeing more of you
This deserves more than just liking, this deserves to be featured! 🏆 Super smooth Blender 3D motion keyframing welcome to the community!
Thank you so much for the kind words! Hopefully, one day I’ll get featured 🙏
Great way to be introduced...that responsible was obviously well stressed

Welcome to the community! 🎉
Thats Cooool!!
Thank you!! 🙌
Welcome to the community. That glass material on the disc render is really clean, the refraction reads convincingly without looking overdone.
Thanks!
Nice intro, Dmitri! Curious about your workflow when you're animating product UI or dashboards in Blender, how do you usually handle the transition from the original Figma/UI assets into 3D while keeping everything pixel-accurate? Do you rebuild the interface elements in...
Wow, very good ✨
