Think deeply. Move quickly. Thinking deeply doesn't mean moving slowly. And moving quickly doesn't mean rushing. This is something I've been thinking about a lot lately. The goat Daniel Dalen mentioned something about moving quickly in one of his last videos, and for some reason that phrase stuck with me. Because I think there's a difference between thinking things through and overthinking them. And there's a difference between moving quickly and rushing into decisions. I'm learning that good creative work is about knowing which decisions deserve your time — and which ones don't. For example, when I built my website, I used a Framer template instead of starting from zero. I could have spent days rebuilding something that already worked. Instead, I spent that time on the things that actually mattered: the strategy, the content, the experience and the details. Think deeply. Move quickly. That's the balance I'm trying to find in my work.
