Solid approach starting with a full journey audit. From the dev side, a lot of CRO wins hide in PDP load time and trimming page-builder bloat, since every extra app embed adds render-blocking scripts. Did the audit flag any third-party scripts you could defer or drop? Curious how much speed factored into the lift.
What happens when a basic product photo is transformed into a clear, premium, and sales-focused visual?
For this concept project, I redesigned a simple e-commerce product listing to improve its visual hierarchy, communicate the main benefits more clearly, and create a stronger brand presence.
The redesign focused on:
