I discovered just how powerful AI can be when it’s combined with real creative direction and professional editing.
This music video started with AI generated visuals, but that was only the beginning. The real challenge was turning those individual visuals into something that actually feels like a music video.
I focused on creating a strong visual flow, matching the pacing and cuts to the music, adding transitions, refining the timing, and using sound and visual effects to make every scene feel intentional.
AI can generate incredible visuals, but the editing is what connects everything together and turns those visuals into a story.
This project was a great example of how AI and human creativity can work together to create something unique. 🎬🤖🎵

I could have leaned into something loud - a mark morphing through wild transformations, motion for the sake of motion. Instead the direction was restraint. The wordmark reveals with one clean underline stroke. The icon wakes up letter by letter before landing on the final mark, closing on a small wink instead of a flourish 😉.
Every timing decision was intentional: fast enough to feel instant, controlled enough to feel trustworthy. That's the whole brief in one sentence.
The palette stayed just as disciplined 🎨 - one electric blue carrying the energy, one warm yellow breaking up the dark neutrals. Nothing decorative, everything load-bearing.

Single shot from one reference image is impressive control for something this stylized. Are clients generally open to full AI generation for showreel work like this, or do you still get pushback about it not being real production?
