COGS verified against supplier invoices
Returns, refunds, and chargebacks properly deducted
Hidden costs: storage fees, removal orders, unclaimed reimbursements
3. The Final Report
Clean, audit-friendly spreadsheet with supporting workpapers
Risks flagged: overconcentration on one ASIN, rising ACoS, supplier issues
Upside identified: untapped keywords, PPC inefficiencies, bundle opportunities
Executive summary: buy, negotiate, or walk away
