We made a five-day AI drama. Here's all of it.
24 Days With My Dragon. On December 1, Nora loses her fiancé and her best friend in front of a full room. Then a snow globe breaks, and a dragon who has waited 300 years walks out of the smoke.
Five days. Seven and a half minutes. No cameras, no actors.
Watch it as a film school, because every day changed how we make it.
Day 1 → 16 cuts. Fast cuts between faces felt dead, so we reshot the whole episode in long takes. Day 2 → We cut Theo, the shopkeeper. Then we put him back. He was never the problem, the edit was. Day 3 → The title card stopped being a pause. The next scene's sound now starts on black. Day 4 → 22 shots became 10. Lip sync went from 218 ms off to about 50, because we kept the performance and changed only the voice. Day 5 → 5 cuts. One event. One auction, one cloth, one cliffhanger.
Three words send the dragon back into the glass. She has just said two of them.
Where did it grab you, and where did it lose you? Honest notes welcome.

@Sviatlana Marazheuskaya saw your AI drama series here on Contra. Curious what you and others making this format think of ours.
