This project reimagines CapCut as The CapCut Creator Guild, an elite Renaissance institution founded in Florence in 1508, where artists, inventors, architects, and storytellers gather to transform ideas into masterpieces. Rather than placing CapCut in a futuristic world, the concept explores a historical era where creativity, experimentation, and craftsmanship were at the center of cultural progress.

The world-building is rooted in a simple observation: while technology changes, the creative process remains timeless. Modern CapCut helps creators refine, revise, and elevate their work. In the Renaissance, that same role is fulfilled by a prestigious guild dedicated to artistic and intellectual excellence. Sketches become timelines, blueprints become templates, manuscripts become projects, and refinement becomes the defining creative practice.

The CapCut Creator Guild is organized into four creative houses—Painting, Architecture, Storytelling, and Invention—each representing a different form of creation while collectively embodying CapCut’s mission of empowering creators.
