Hi Contra team,
I joined the CapCut Seedance 2.5 challenge and submitted the application for the 5,000 free credits two days ago. The form was successfully submitted ("Got it!"), but my account still only shows Dreamina Seedance 1.0 Fast and 0 AI credits.
I have also reapplied today because I thought the first submission might not have gone through.
The challenge deadline is approaching, and I'm unable to use the required Seedance 2.5 model. Could you please check my application or activate my credits?

Are you using CapCut on the web? I also noticed you received some free credits.
I logged into CapCut on the web (not the app) and got credits from the sign-up and other bonuses. They added up to about 10,430 credits. I used some of them for video generation, and this morning when...
I tried both the app and the web versions. I get the error on both; no matter how many credits I have, it still says I need 'free seconds'.

@Matthew Komolafe Since the form showed “Got it!” two days ago but the account still has 0 credits and only Seedance 1.0 Fast, attaching screenshots and your account email may help support trace it.
Okay, I'll do that. Thanks! I've also sent the same message to Contra via DM on X (formerly Twitter). Hopefully, someone can look into my account and help resolve the issue before the challenge deadline.
