Hi Contra team,
I joined the CapCut Seedance 2.5 challenge and submitted the application for the 5,000 free credits two days ago. The form was successfully submitted ("Got it!"), but my account still only shows Dreamina Seedance 1.0 Fast and 0 AI credits.
I have also reapplied today because I thought the first submission might not have gone through.
The challenge deadline is approaching, and I'm unable to use the required Seedance 2.5 model. Could you please check my application or activate my credits?

Are you using CapCut on the web? I also noticed you received some free credits.
I logged into CapCut on the web (not the app) and got credits from the sign-up and other bonuses. They added up to about 10,430 credits. I used some of them for video generation, and this morning when...
I tried both the app and the web versions. I get the error on both; no matter how many credits I have, it still says I need 'free seconds'.
still hold on , their assistant team or support team will respond to you , send it to all their social media platforms and tag both @Contra HQ and @CapCut
Hope this gets resolved soon clear communication around challenge credits would make the experience much smoother for participants.
are you still on this challenge, i thought the entry has been closed and only open to US participants
