AI Telemedicine Platform Project Description

Designed and developed a modern AI-powered telemedicine platform that enables patients to book appointments, consult with healthcare professionals, access medical records, and receive personalized healthcare support through an intuitive digital experience. The platform was built with a strong focus on usability, security, accessibility, and responsive performance across desktop and mobile devices.

The application features secure patient authentication, doctor and patient dashboards, online appointment scheduling, virtual consultations, prescription management, health record storage, notifications, and AI-assisted symptom guidance to improve patient engagement and streamline healthcare delivery. Every screen was carefully designed to create a seamless experience while maintaining enterprise-level performance and scalability.

Built using a modern full-stack architecture with React, Next.js, Node.js, Supabase, and PostgreSQL, the platform delivers fast performance, secure data management, and a flexible foundation that can scale as healthcare organizations grow.
