Lead list building and web research is such an underrated skill — the quality of the data directly affects how useful it is for the client. Combining that with clean spreadsheet delivery makes it a complete package. Are you finding more demand for the research side or the data entry side from clients so far?
This project showcases my ability to transform messy, unstructured data into clean, organized, and actionable insights using Excel.
I worked with raw datasets containing inconsistencies such as duplicate entries, inconsistent formatting, and missing structure. I cleaned and standardized the data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all fields.
From there, I built organized tables and dashboards to highlight key metrics such as revenue, profit, and performance by category and region. I also used formulas (including SUMIFS and calculated fields) to automate insights and improve usability.

Here is my 3-step "Human-in-the-loop" process for 100% accuracy:
1️⃣ The AI Fetch: I use advanced tools to find the initial data points.
2️⃣ The SMTP Check: I ping the mail server directly to see if the inbox is active—without sending an email.
3️⃣ The Manual Match: I cross-reference names with recent company news to ensure no one has changed jobs.
