The Problem:
60% of skilled workers in India - electricians, plumbers, drivers, local shop owners - have zero online presence. A user in a Tier 2/3 city like Kantaphod, MP wastes 2-3 days just to find a reliable worker. Existing apps are English-only, complex, and ignore the creator economy for blue-collar workers.
The Solution:
I built Skill Bazaar 2.0 entirely on Flowstep AI - a Hindi-first Super App that combines Service Booking + Local Commerce + Creator Economy + AI Learning in one place. Designed in 30 minutes using Flowstep's infinite canvas and text-to-UI.

One App for Everything:
9 categories in one grid - Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Driver, Painter, Welder, Dukaan Saman (Kirana, Hardware, Electrical), Tailor, AC/Cooler. Unified smart booking flow with problem chips (Switch kharab, Motor jal gaya), date/time picker, current location, voice input, and photo upload for faulty items.

India's first tipping system for blue-collar workers. On any video, users can tap "HELP ❤️ Support Karo" and instantly send ₹5, ₹20, ₹50, ₹100 via UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm). 100% goes to the creator, zero commission. Enables earning without bookings.
Live Order Tracking:
Swiggy-style live tracking: Booked > Worker Accepted (with Call button) > On the Way (Live map, ETA 10 min, 2.4 km away) > Kaam Shuru > Completed. The same timeline smartly adapts for Product (Packed > Out for Delivery) and Driver bookings.
Ustad AI - Your Personal Guru in Hindi:
A Gemini-powered AI chatbot trained as a master electrician/plumber. Users ask in Hindi - "MCB baar baar trip ho raha hai" - and get step-by-step solutions with safety warnings and diagram suggestions. It also recommends relevant learning videos.
Seekho Feed - Watch, Learn, Earn:
Vertical video feed like Reels/Shorts for skill learning. Filter by trade (All, Electric, Plumbing, Driving). Tags like "Ustad AI suggested". Any worker can upload a 30-sec video via FAB "Apna Video Daalo" and build an audience💯

Title: Podium — a season library tool for orchestra librarians
Tagline: The internal tool orchestras don't have: tracking parts, bowings, and distribution for an entire season, in one place.
Description:
Every orchestra has a librarian quietly keeping the whole operation running — tracking which parts are rented vs. owned, whether the bowings are marked before rehearsal, and who currently has which stand's music sitting on their stand. Right now that job runs on spreadsheets, paper checklists, and institutional memory. I wanted to see what a purpose-built tool for that role could look like.
Podium is a 4-screen prototype covering the full workflow: a season library view showing every work in rotation with its parts-prep status at a glance, a score detail view breaking that down section by section, a prep checklist for marking up bowings stand by stand with a live progress counter, and a distribution screen for tracking which musician has which part and when it's due back.
I built it in Flowstep, aiming for something closer to a rare-book catalog than a typical SaaS dashboard — warm paper background, a single brass accent, serif for the repertoire, monospace for every number. It's a niche profession nobody else was likely to design for, which is exactly why I wanted to build it.

For years I've done the same pointless thing: I pause a film because someone's wearing the exact coat I've been looking for, then I screenshot it, reverse-search it, scroll past forty results that aren't it, and give up.
The thing I wanted was right there in the frame. It just wasn't connected to anything.
So I built it.
Vantara is a streaming service where you pause any moment and it tells you what's in the shot and where to buy it: the exact piece, or its closest match. Because you're never going to find the real 1912 opera coat from the costume department, and you don't want to pay for it either. You want the look, at a price that makes sense.
It's 11 screens across desktop and mobile, including the player, the pause-to-shop panel, item pages with real prices and delivery, a Vault that watches prices and tells you when something drops, and a search that runs backwards. Describe a look, and it finds you the scene it lives in.
I built every screen in Flowstep, driven through the Flowstep MCP server with Claude, on one design system applied across the whole thing.
