We are building an IT consulting team in the Poland from scratch and are looking for someone to handle shipping and manage our company’s equipment. I independently developed this Sales Enablement strategy as a concept to identify opportunities to improve revenue alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Product. The proposal focused on creating a shared lead-management SLA, improving sales velocity, building a buyer-focused content strategy, establishing a centralized enablement hub, and creating stronger Sales–Marketing feedback loops. I also incorporated buyer personas, Jobs-to-Be-Done, sales enablement workflows, and a 30/60/90-day execution roadmap. This was not formally implemented by the company; it was a strategic proposal demonstrating how I approach complex business challenges, identify revenue opportunities, and translate ideas into actionable frameworks.
